Will I always have the same driver?
Yes.
This is the ideal that a driver is assigned to taking you to work. This is not guaranteed as we need to accommodate holidays, sickness and the commitments drivers may have outside of work but our aim is to keep the same driver working with you continually.
What if I dislike my driver?
If you dislike your driver, and yes we understand you’re on your way to work we would look at accommodating you with another driver, however this is highly unusual and is not the norm.
